Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any product from TacMount Pro. We reserve the right to verify age and cancel any order placed by a minor.
Product Classification
TacMount Pro is a magnetic holster / mounting accessory. It is not a firearm, firearm component, suppressor, or regulated NFA item under the Gun Control Act (18 U.S.C. § 921) or National Firearms Act. No FFL is required to purchase or ship this product.
Buyer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to know and obey all federal, state, county, and municipal laws that apply to the ownership, possession, storage, transport, and concealment of firearms in your jurisdiction. Laws vary significantly — including but not limited to vehicle carry laws, "safe storage" mandates in CA, MA, NY, OR, WA, and child-access-prevention statutes.

Export Restrictions
TacMount Pro products are sold for use within the United States only. Re-export outside the US may be subject to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and is the responsibility of the exporter.
