If you're not satisfied for any reason, return your TacMount Pro within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fees.

How to Request a Return

1. Email returns@tacmountpro.com with your order number.
2. We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.
3. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receipt.

Lifetime Magnetic-Hold Warranty

We warrant that the magnetic hold of every TacMount Pro will not degrade for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If it does, we will replace the unit free of charge.

Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, abuse, modification, or installation damage.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, items that have been modified or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
