You must be at least 18 years old and a legal US resident to purchase TacMount Pro. By placing an order, you confirm that you may lawfully own and possess a firearm in your jurisdiction.
Orders & Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards and approved digital wallets. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud or shipping to a restricted location.
Product Use
TacMount Pro is a magnetic holster mount. It does not include a firearm. You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, transportation, and lawful use of any firearm placed in the mount.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TacMount Pro and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or installation. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, video, logos — is owned by TacMount Pro or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
